These terms cover the website and the contact form. They are not the contract for bookkeeping work.
A message is a question
Sending the form asks us to reply. It does not appoint us, it does not reserve a deadline, and it is not a personal opinion on your tax. An engagement starts when both sides confirm the work and the fee in writing.
What we may do
We may decline work, ask for records before naming a fee, and limit portal access to the job agreed. Fees for a year that has to be reconstructed are quoted after we have seen the records.
Law
Estonian law applies. For disputes with a business client the courts of Harju County have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer rules of your country of residence stay in place where they cannot be waived.
