The annual report

Every Estonian company files an annual report. The usual deadline is six months after the year ends. For a year that closes on 31 December, that day is 30 June.

Who has to file

A company with turnover files. A company with no turnover files too. Skipping the report can lead to a fine and, if it goes on, to deletion from the register.

A company founded in the second half of the year can have a longer first period, up to 18 months. We read the registration date and the articles before we name your first deadline.

Which form

Micro, small and larger companies file different reports. The choice follows the figures: assets, revenue, employees. We pick the form the register accepts for those figures, and we show you the draft before anyone signs.

Who signs

The management board approves the report. We prepare it from the books and support the submission in the e-Business Register. If earlier years are missing, they have to be built before a later year will sit cleanly. That reconstruction is quoted separately, after we have seen the records.
