Estonian bookkeeping, filed on time.

We keep the monthly books, prepare the tax returns and file the annual report for companies in the Estonian commercial register. Write with the year and the task. We answer with what we need, and with the fee.

How a job starts

  1. 1Tell us the company and the year.
  2. 2We agree the work, the fee and the portal access in writing.
  3. 3We prepare the books and the filings. The board signs what the law leaves with the board.

The date that matters

For a company whose year ends on 31 December, the 2026 annual report is due on 30 June 2027. A quiet year still needs the report.

Before you write

Do you take a company with no turnover?

Yes. An Estonian company files an annual report when the year was quiet. We say that before a year goes by on the hope that the register will forget.

Can the owner live outside Estonia?

Yes. The company is Estonian. The owner can live elsewhere. We work in English, Estonian and German. The filings go through the Estonian portals.

What does it cost?

The fee follows the volume: document count, VAT, payroll, a distribution. We name the fee before any work starts.

Are you an audit firm?

No. The registered activity is bookkeeping and tax advisory, EMTAK 69202. Where the figures require a statutory audit, that is a separate engagement with an auditor.

Does this form create a contract?

No. A message asks for a reply. The engagement starts when both sides confirm the work in writing.
