The contact form collects a small set of details so we can answer you. This page says what happens to them.
Who is responsible
The controller is 1BTV Consulting OÜ, registry code 12106070, Merihärja tn 6, 13516 Tallinn, Estonia. Email: finanddesign@gmail.com. There is no data protection officer. For a practice of this size the law does not require one.
What we collect
From the form: your name, email, phone if you give it, company, registry code, the topic you choose, your message, the fact that you agreed, and the time of sending.
For abuse prevention we keep a short-lived count of requests per connection. The server log stores a hash of the address, the topic and the result. It does not store the message.
Why, and on what basis
We use the details to answer the enquiry and, if both sides go on, to prepare a written engagement. That is steps prior to a contract, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
The rate limit and the arithmetic check protect the mailbox. That is a legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f). The check asks you to add or subtract two numbers. It is there to stop scripts, and it is judged on the server.
Who receives a message
The form is sent from the mailbox 1btv@mattalnet.com through one.com (SMTP send.one.com) to finanddesign@gmail.com. one.com carries the message. Google hosts the receiving mailbox. Both can see the content for that delivery. We do not pass the form to anyone else, and we do not use it for a newsletter.
one.com is an EU provider. Google receives the message because that is the company's mailbox. The transfer rests on the provider's contractual clauses for transfers outside the EEA.
How long
An enquiry that does not become an engagement is kept for up to 24 months, then deleted. If it becomes client work, the accounting file follows the Estonian retention rules for accounting documents, generally seven years.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of the details, and you can object to the legitimate-interest processing. Write to finanddesign@gmail.com. You can also complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate, Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, Tatari 39, Tallinn, aki.ee.
