Monthly bookkeeping
The annual report in June is only as good as the months before it. We keep those months in order.
What a month contains
Sales invoices, purchase invoices and the bank statement land in one ledger. If you pay a board member or a salary, that payment is in the same month, with the tax return that belongs to it.
You get the ledger and a short list of what is still missing. A missing invoice stays on that list until it arrives.
What we need from you
- Bank statements, or read access to the account you actually use.
- Invoices as PDF when you can send them that way.
- A note when you sign a new contract, buy equipment, or pay yourself.

Estonian companies report under Estonian practice, close to IFRS for SMEs. The monthly work is what makes the report possible. A year reconstructed in May from a folder of photos costs more, and we say so before we start.
